Two quick thoughts about the brief and the order.
Brief: Extremely odd to have the AG, CoS, DAG, and person acting as AAG (Bove) sign a brief. None were on the first DC Cir brief.
Order: DC Circuit has now, twice, not taken up or ruled on DOJ’s administrative stay requests in this case.

be court sanctions or disbarment proceedings.
I see some Rep filing articles of impeachment against the judge. I hope the judge holds firm!
They have been trying to get usual workers to sign stuff but they need a new psychology when they don't.
First, as to the class, DOJ only asserts that it informed federal defendants of the 7:26p minute order — not the bench order, which Boasberg said was to be communicated "immediately."

Second, DOJ notes deportations under "authorities other than the proclamation" will continue, which was discussed before Boasberg.
As a lay person that is how this reads.
seems real easy to say something that just might not be true.
Just last month a bunch of Venezuelans turned up in Guantanamo, were described by administration spokespeople as “the worst of the worst,” and turned out to have been nothing of the kind.
Do you believe anyone in the T47 administration will face any adverse consequence in connection with the removal of the TdA & MS13 members? I don't. But I would be interested in your perspective.

It boils down to: As to planes "over international waters," Boasberg lacked jurisdiction to tell them what to do.
Even that wouldn't explain the later planes, though.
A. "Removed from U.S. territory" was not a standard discussed on Saturday.
B. It does not address the fact that *no* flights in the air were turned around at any point.
C. It is the only statement that the lawyers do not make directly but assert "based on" DHS.
