It'll be another case of the dog catching the car- it could either kill secular charters OR spur a bunch of new Wiccan, Muslim, even Scientology charter schools. They always forget freedom of religion includes ALL religions...

I think Muslim schools should immediately look for public funding to test this decision when it is delivered. Evangelicals would lose their minds. Will SCOTUS write it to favor Christian schools?
Time to withdraw tax exemption status for religious organizations—let their tax payments fund their churches and schools. I strenuously object to the use of mine for this purpose.
Organized religion dominated society for 700 years in the Dark Ages. They stifled the teaching of a classical education that included philosophy, rhetoric, mathematics, and history, and replaced it with rote memorization of the Bible and church dogma.
