The biggest shift you'll notice is the music and the pace - which totally makes sense when you go from TV series to a movie.

The first act of “Rogue One” is especially weird now, because almost all of the vital secret information that the final “Andor” arc was about characters securing at great cost is promptly given to the Rebellion again by separate sources in the first 40 minutes of the movie.

Most of the plot incongruities aren’t so egregious that you can’t come up with a ready in-universe explanation for them, but still.

The scene with the source on the Ring of Kafrene now reads as Andor having heard all these names before, and now having the confirming, corroborating information to convince the leadership that they have to act on what they learned from Luthen.

The editing in that first act is REALLY jarring, almost sloppy, and the abrupt score changes don't help.

Quite jarring, I also forgot about the blistering speed of those first 30 or so minutes of Rogue One. The story gets to Jedha REAL fast.

Even when I first watched it, I thought the first two acts of "Rogue One" were a real mess, storytelling-wise, and nothing about what I've re-watched so far has changed that point of view.

The superb third act (apparently mostly Tony Gilroy's work) elevated the rest of the movie.
