School divisions can't survive on state funds alone, when it comes to educating children w/ disabilities. This puts us in an awful position, b/c FAPE doesn't go away just b/c trump wants to defund title grants.

I was able to walk, run, ski and play sports because of 6 years of intensive PT (for damage due to bacterial meningitis) my parents could never have afforded, but was provided free by the "socialist" Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I pay thousands in taxes each year, so money well spent.

The Dept of Education is SO important for ensuring equal access educational opportunity.

Instead of killing the Dept, it should be better funded. How about smaller classes & better paid teachers?

Private school vouchers are not benefiting the students they were originally designed to help.
