i don't even know what to make of this anymore. russia aimed for both of the central powers, with germany lashing back and russia not, but then turkey is STILL helping italy? france getting eaten in the west too. this went from a close fight to nothing all in a turn or two.

see I dont know if I share your conclusion that its not a close fight anymore. France has a chance here to break through the Italian line and Russia eating the central powers can give them a very powerful boost they need.

it was an interesting decision by italy to move with bre but i think it's a false illusion of hope for france because italy can retake bre this turn without anything france can do about it. i think it's a farce, especially with turkey continuing to collude with italy

Russia with a pretty good turn, I suspect that convoy to Bel was in spring to set up a move to Ruh, which is now occupied by the French unfortunately. Maybe they help the french to a German treat?

Actually, Par-Bur is a real misstep from Italia, they may not retake this turn. Meanwhile they made one good move, but missed another important one, but it may not matter with Turkey surrendering to them.

Turkey tried to take Smyrna, likely knowing Russia would attack Constantinople, but the sequence of failure prevent Turkey from reclaiming a territory. Italy pushes into Tyrolia, and the Eastern Mediterranean, setting up for a larger push next season. Italy also reinforces Marseilles.

Italy moves from the Mid-Atlantic Ocean to the North Atlantic Ocean, and moves their fleet from Brest into the Mid-Atlantic. This left Brest open, which France opted to take in response. Italy also pushed into Burgundy, leaving Paris open, but France did not take that one in this moment.

France tried to sneak the Mid-Atlantic but in the course of that left the North Atlantic open. Could be a major mistake, we'll have to see how effectively Italy uses that fleet.
