Sorry KO but I think this is bullshit. The FBI has had Trump nailed on major felonies several times and let him walk each time. The Baltimore Sun did an expose on it several years ago. The suspicion is that Trump IS an FBI informant. That was never disproven. The FBI has been neutered now.

I wish! I mean,yes, I have no doubt they have embarrassing or maybe even criminal stuff on him but the fact they haven't leaked anything well before now doesn't give me much hope. I thought Dick Chaney outing Valerie Plame and fighting the CIA would destroy him, but it didn't.
If he gets into that private jet and whizzes into Moscow or Saudi Arabia at 3:00am with boxes full of cash, the SCOTUS will still let him be President.

I kind of feel like the FBI has been a republican bastion for decades, and it would take an awful lot for them to give up the goods on Rs. There is probably compromat both ways
