What rule dictates you can physically contact another player's head in a way defined in the laws is a red card offense simply because they are not within the lines of the pitch? Sounds like a made thing cause you feel it justified, not insight into the laws of the game.
Is the factor at play simply that she wasn't using her hand or arm in order to make contact to the head/face of another player, but rather the ball? If so it seems like an incredible oversight.
Ah damn, appears I was right as I have read the rules and laws of the game. As opposed to just doing vibes based analysis of rules and enforcement of said rules cause you feel reacting to another player's minor delay offense makes a reacting player less culpable of violent conduct.
I've seen players get reds and suspended by disciplinary committees for much less contact. Also again no law says another person's actions can influence whether your offense is handled with less punishment. I don't think this false under "Negligent force" just another emotional argument.
The player who got bopped in the head kinda deserved that one. And it kinda happened outside the lines and the rules are different out there. Not sure if you’re even still playing soccer out there as you can use your hands.
Siempre lo he dicho. Imitan en lo peor a los peores jugadores. Tendran a Sergio Ramos y Pepe Del Real Madrid como sus ejemplos. El fútbol femenino se está desviando.

It is a gentle boop.
If anything, the defender could get a yellow for delaying the restart of play. But in this case, a gentle boop did the job and justice was done.
Excellent shithousing
