We have no scarcity of energy. It comes down from the sky every day. We just need to stop wasting it and actually store it to be used.

It's great at finding info and on vocabulary.
It's very good at filtering information out (but, not as good as humans, just much faster, there's a net gain in efficiency).

It's extremely weak on concepts.

Excel to do what with it? The current aims of the commercial world is to use AI to boost productivity by, at first, augmenting human resources, then replace the human.

This is exactly it. We're going to use billions of gallons of water for these data centers that could be used for other things more important to human civilization, all to fuel something that will only enrich a handful of people while putting far more in desperate situations.

If I understand (I've only grazed the surface), taxpayers will contribute $500 billion (half a trillion), the tech corps will contribute $100 billion each (they say, although it might come from investors).

Huge corps don't have a great track record for innovation compared to smaller ones.
