Literally nobody cares AT ALL - not even a teeny, tiny, itsy bit about a judge reading the justice department the riot act!! Cheeto will just lie to his base and of course they'll believe him because - duh - the charges got dismissed. The DOJ won't even read the ruling beyond the word dismissed.
