All that proves is you think white men are by default more qualified than the people they shortlisted. You get any proof any of those short listed weren't as qualified for the position?
So no you have literally zero proof those short listen didn't meet the qualification requirements. Have you maybe tried addressing your own racism instead of accusing minorities of being unqualified?
