I have said this. Promoting diversity never met sacrificing merit. It's not an either or. It was among merited options, pick the diverse one.

Some job literally needed more white men because they were underrepresented in the workplace. White women benefited the most from DEI programs.

It is a big enough group that I would not expect any particular bias in any group.

No institution will ever publicly disclose the information needed to prove that one way or another, for a dozen reasons.

So no you have literally zero proof those short listen didn't meet the qualification requirements. Have you maybe tried addressing your own racism instead of accusing minorities of being unqualified?
