McDonald’s CEO was paid $17.8 million in 2022.
It would take a typical McDonald’s worker more than 1,200 years to make that amount.
The company just spent a million dollars trying to block raises for its workers in California.
Corporate greed at its absolute worst.

ME: “Okay, so what’s the down side?”
In Canada, the CEO of Loblaws (mostly grocery chains but other businesses as well) got a fucking RAISE while employees got squat, and grocery prices are obscene.

One, WTF is https://aei.org? I have no idea. And I actually don’t care.
Secondly, why are you so obsessed with this?
You’re comparing apples to oranges.
Are we done now? Oops. That was a third question. My bad.
