I wish the plaintiffs’ lawyer had acknowledged this somewhere. Like when Kavanaugh said the ballot restriction was unnecessary bc “insurrectionists can just be prosecuted” Murray could have pointed out that, say, a judge whose wife was an insurrection organizer might choose to block that process.
