They stopped using this messaging in the beginning of the campaign when she was polling at her highest. I’m asking why they stopped doing something that was effective. The answer, as was pointed out to me in this thread, is Boomers. The answer is always white Boomers.

Because they wanted those votes. The MAJORITY of them see it as just a job and their job is to get as many votes as they can and treating the worst inhabitants of America as weird (and rightly so) takes away from "we need to come together as a country and vote for ME."
