I watch Congressional sub-committee hearings for fun. And I saw something the other day I hadn’t seen before.
David Bier, from the very not liberal Cato Institute, delivered a defense of Biden’s immigration policies in comparison to Trump 1. Starting at 33:40

So I'm not too sold on the idea that the CATO institute is actually libertarian. You'd think a libertarian would support making movement across areas as fast as possible.
Read, don't react.

Sometimes the quirks in these little groups can surprise people.
“I watch Congressional sub-committee hearings for fun.”
Wow!
What’s odd is that I never heard anyone from the WH, including Harris as a candidate, offer the same kind of defense.
The octogenarians and septuagenarians need to step down. They catastrophically failed this moment in history.
Brier: I got the citations right here.
Van Drew: I DIDN'T ASK YOU A QUESTION!
Policies were draconian and awful, or you can listen to what he said! Your call!
The GOP said the economy is a disaster and the bill passed to fix it meant Dems were saying inflation every time they discussed how great the policies were.
The Harris campaign pushed their policy proposals to reduce costs, because polls
(And reporting, etc) showed people were really concerned about it.
They didn’t run “Morning in America” type ads to convince people that the economy was in fact great.
