Not all that very long ago I was telling people that my next car would be a Tesla. Now I absolutely do have something against Tesla drivers - if you're happy to have one that is a statement about what you're prepared to tolerate, and it says something profound about you.

You’re right, and I apologise for my tone and for the offence. It’s hard not to be truculent (excellent choice of word) when you judge my world view based on my choice of car. The CEO of Tesla has clearly lost his mind, and to be assumed to be sympathetic to his appalling behaviour is a bit grim.
