I consider myself half Cornish,half Devonian (many would argue). I was born 40 miles the other side of the Tamar but have lived 3/4 of my life in Cornwall. Devon never used to have it's own flag and never had a set way to eat cream tea. No butter,Cream first. Butter,Well whatever comes to hand first
