In a way I kind of get it, but on the other hand we have so much more resolution to work with these days. Screens are so much bigger. You can afford some cool nonsense around the edges!

I feel like this is also where things got simplified that absolutely should not have been simplified, like business applications. There's a 1:1 fisher pricing between video games and your bank website. The day that paradox goes out of business is the day that Thinkorswim sinks.
