You could do the 1st one as 1x3, and the other 3 (smaller), hung underneath.
The more I look at the first one as a 1x3, it's a no-brainer.
All 4 are beautiful. I have to say 3&4 spoke to me, but I lived in the Azores, so that was MY memory, not yours. Go with your gut.
Frame the canvas, print or leave it unframed?
I think I'm inclining toward unframed,but if I put it where I'm thinking of putting it, everything else on that wall below it will have a frame

I had so many pictures I liked from that trip it's hard for me to choose. Such an amazing place.

But really, just do a 2x2 frame and have them all.
