I worked in a factory and I spent a lot of time thinking about how it took everyone - whether they're really good at their jobs or really bad at their job - to get thru each day. Individual excellence didn't matter very much. The important thing was everyone pushing together.
Today’s convos about internalized misogyny have made me curious: how did people arrive at leftist politics?

I know I can’t be alone in taking a fairly windy road to get here today.

I ask both because I’m curious if others had unlearn, and for all the new folks looking at the left this week 🤔
