I enjoyed your book. Regarding pensions, 1) Close MPs pension scheme. 2) Enrol them in NEST using auto enrolment rules. It’s the ultimate performance pay. If you run the country well your pension investments will increase. Plus a massive reduction in future costs. Win win for the country and fair.
