Yes but it sure doesn't help with SCOTUS uses arguments in their rulings that make no sense. I trust majority of judges but some are also very clear where they stand.
And what happens when the powers that be realize they can just ignore your rulings from the bench? Really, who are you going to arrest? What fine would be more than a tickle?
