They're now pretty openly stating things they've been saying *privately* since Carter was in office, but which they kept to themselves to avoid freaking out the non-Christian-Nationalists

Basically the intent is to make requirements to dispense birth control SO legally arduous that companies forego doing it at all, or legally *CAN'T* provide it to patients
