When I'm not personally invested in the outcome, I found it easy to step outside myself, observe my behaviour, and learn how to be a good interviewee in time for the one that mattered.

I didn’t realize I was playing myself until Render last year and now I’m working on it but I’m not over it yet.

Definitely think it can be harder to find the "middle" roles between your first tech job and whenever you're lucky enough to reach/land senior. And we don't talk about it!
1. I found it hard to initially navigate tech. most due to cultural differences. I know other people who did as well. And then i know some people that didnt have the same experience. Whatever lol
