Also on day 8 of quitting sugary drinks, chocolate and other processed sugary stuff, as well as small daily things to do more movement (taking stairs, squats whilst I'm waiting for food to cook etc). Slow, 1% changes, at the moment, but trying to get better.

In general been standing & small amounts of movement more during the day. Leaving adjustable desk at it's standing height, hanging out in the kitchen more (no chairs), things like that.
Squats while cooking is good, get my butt looking better for my wedding! :'D
