this is great – i was still gaming on an Amstrad CPC until 1995, despite being a 16-bit era kid i never owned a home console until i got an N64 (a long pocket money save alongside my brother). It was replaced with a Pentium in 1996, just in time for Duke3D and a years-long BUILD.EXE obsession. 🤜
