sometimes I forget "do your best" does not mean "aim to perform at 100% all the time" it means "understand when you can only do 60-80% because your body is noticeably falling apart from not enough sleep"

I realized I need to occasionally stop, look around, and go "there's a lot of shit going on right now" ever since a therapist said that to me several years ago.
For example, when I write "Best Booths" reports, I aim to see every gallery exhibiting at an art fair. My first year at ART SG, they had 150+ galleries across two floors. I learned many other art reporters do not do this.
To be fair, percentage would be in relation to capacity, so that'd still be 100%, just not the usual 100%.... And if your usual 100% makes your body fall apart, you were actually working *above* capacity, so like, 120%?
