I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs, but do have ADHD, so my brain keeps trying to find cheap dopamine sources to deal with the stress of everything going on and I have to remind myself not to buy random crap online or impulsively text people

Much ❤️, fellow sufferer! For me, boardgames and books are both worthy obsessions, and I can rationalize impoverishing my children for the dopamine hit.
Try getting a VR headset and join us in the fitness app Supernatural. It has been extremely fun, dropping dopamine, great online community, and my ADHD brain loves the challenge! Bonus, I lost 30 lbs without intending to. (I was on it to keep mobility in my hips, which I accomplished, too).
You know what's a fun dopamine hit? Spending a bit of time with nieces, nephews, grandkids, and godkids. That aunt/uncle/grandparent that you were always excited to visit? You get to be that person!
Be the crazy auntie who looks for bugs in the dirt, or the goofy uncle who plays with Lego.
I've been playing Wolfenstein: The New Order; y'know a fictional story about Nazis ruling the world...and then violently fixing that shit. Y'know, video game things.
I craft tiny furniture for dopamine. It's an endless amount of ideas and ilk can add and take away accessories based on different holidays and popular events. Hope that helps ♥️

Still hanging out here. Nothing new is going on…unfortunately.
Too bad about UT football.
Been watching UT basketball men’s and women’s teams. There’s been some exciting games from both teams.
