Forecasted snow: good for a struggling Jake Elliot (lots of 4th down go for it and 2-pt attempts, so less pressure) or bad (way higher degree of difficulty if he does have attempts, and fewer chances to kick his way out of the slump?)
What's your concern level with Kellen Moore getting distracted while interviewing? Obviously don't want a repeat of Gannon and the offense wasn't great on Sunday. Maybe that wasn't all Hurts
speculate about potential offensive coordinators if Moore goes to Dallas or elsewhere?
could Byron Leftwich be in the frame?
NOT Kevin Patella. Please say "no."
This is Hurts’ 5th season and IMHO he peaked Q3 of the last Super Bowl. All season long I’ve been wondering if as a QB he is just an athletic Joe Flacco. Of course it could be Kellen Moore, or perhaps Sirianni never really let go of the offense. What are your thoughts?
Kellen has 3 interviews lined up between now and Sunday and a passing game that has left a lot to be desired. How can any coach possibly have proper focus while still in the playoffs? At a minimum he is reviewing rosters / staff / cap / ownership of 3 teams let alone any other extraneous stuff
Not a question just picturing a scene 20 years from now and someone asks Sean McVeigh: NFC Divisional round 2025, late 4th quarter, 3rd and 14 what was the score of the game at that point? And what happened next?
If Kellen Moore gets hired by the cowboys, which candidate gets the distinct honor of trying to fix this passing game while getting little blame for things not working since it’s already sucked #freshideas
What’s the argument against resigning Mekhi Becton? Eagles place premium on OL, haven’t drafted one early in a number of years. Why wouldn’t the Eagles make it priority to resign a talented 25 yo as RG present, RT future like they would with a high pick?
Best guess, is the source of the passing issues (and conservative approach) Nick, Jalen, Kellen, or some combo? Will it persist as long as Nick is here is my real question. This could be moot if this game starts out like the Steeler’s game, but curious long term what’s best for more successful O?
I have been told only one player on defense can have the green dot at a time. There is also a rule about one helmet per player for safety reasons. When the green dot player goes off the field or rest or injury, how does that get transferred to a new player in a reasonable amount of time?
How different do you foresee the defensive game plan being from the first game against the Rams? How much does losing BG and Dean affect that? Will the defensive front be too predicative without BG being able to disguise if he is the edge or rushing on the interior?
Comments
I always think that it's hard to beat the same team twice since they know what to improve upon, but the favorite might just reuse the same game plan.

And Sean just starts crying.
