I don't know if they're still doing this, but for a while, Sweden let selected citizens take over their Twitter account for...a week at a time? A month? I forget. Anyhoo, I suspect that was the context, and the Swedish government happened to choose a citizen who was a penis enthusiast. 😂

we basically are getting this plan, but ours results in massive illegal cuts to the federal government resulting in more money for billionaires and nothing for anyone else, and theirs is better head.
