In June 2024, SCOTUS decided in the Snyder case that a bribe paid after the fact is a gratuity. Soon after, there were rallies in Las Vegas pushing for not taxing tips. It's not about service workers.

Why should taxpayers subsidize corporations that don't pay their employees enough to live by?

Tipped workers need a raise! Let lucrative corporations pay for their raise, not government.

All workers should receive at least a living wage and not depend on tips. Eliminate tips/raise wages!
