Wish I could've shown it to the internal medicine doctor who advised me to "push through" treatments that were inducing PEM, worsening my symptoms, and threatening to change my baseline.
My former partner celebrated her 50th birthday this summer by running 50 km. It's not aging.

I got excited this last couple of months because angina meds are stopping the chest pain I got for nearly five years every time I stood and walked a little way.
But the lack of pain & treacle wading doesn’t stop the PEM & POTS.
Hope flares then recedes.

I don’t even know if POTS is the problem. I get bouts of arrhythmia, tachycardia and the angina that goes with them (and the subsequent needing to pee every 10 minutes!) at seemingly random moments.
Regardless, I want you as my clinician!!!!!!
