Most importantly they still have no position on the 25% of Seattle land that is right of way (mostly roads) and how nearly every street has two parking lanes which could provide ample room for more trees.

I like trees but don’t understand the obsession with setbacks. This new building in Queen Anne has a short setback with small trees/lush landscaping in front of the building.

The Aegis Living building up the block has *no* setback and three massive street trees appear to be thriving alongside it.
