every time a book is opened another MAGA = Moronic Arrogant Goober Asshat bites the dust.. sure wish that were true.. we need to, at least, put a bell & shock collar on them.. that way we would know when they are coming, and can shock them when they start to exhibit bad behavior towards any human(s)

Noting so disheartening as visiting a maga relative’s home & dusty knick-knacks fill their bookshelves! Not a book, magazine or newspaper in the house! The tipping point-not even a Kindle-plus didn’t know what it was! Had to show them mine & explain how it works! Yep-hiding in a library would work!
They're in my library literally throwing books at the librarians, yelling about 'trans storytime', and yes demanding help filling out socialized aid applications.
This kind of snark and looking down our noses at others is one of the reasons I left X. Disappointed to find it here on BlueSky. Laughing at others is not the way, IMO.
I don’t know what library you frequent but the library where I work has some extra special magats, who hang out there almost daily. It’s worse. They read history AND still voted for him. And boy do they try to talk about it.
Second that. The public library in a previous town I lived in literally had a book alcove that was basically an RWNJ shrine: Limbaugh, Malkin, Coulter, Tucker, etc. (and no, no Maddow or such to balance in case you wonder). So yea, I am sure it's magat paradise there.
