Yummy! I make my own too...but without meat...shi take & button mushrooms, black olives, garlic, spinach, peppers, fresh mozzarella, Parmesan, & cheddar/Colby jack
I wish I'd taken a pic of my pizza last night ... Mushroom, spinach and truffle with sharp cheddar , gouda and gruyere on a black truffle oil & garlic crust.
Homemade pizza too.. "type 2" durum wheat flour, sourdough starter, datterini tomatoes, some olives, buffalo mozzarella and Sicilian pecorino... I'm sorry I'm not a good photographer π
Cinque formaggi! Plus the American version of salame piccante. It looks great!
One thing I love about visiting Italy is eating real pizza as often as I can.
Donβt be hurt by meat snobs. Iβve. Had turkey made of every kind of thing youβd find in pork or beef and it was better than the original. People are stupid, and your Za looks great. Jealous
Looks good, after I went to Italy last May, met fam who make cheese in Asiago from my momβs side. My sister almost swore off American pizza after our trip, I made it at home a few times, almost got the same crispness w/ a soft center.
When I lived on a Navy submarine, every Friday night was pizza night, sometimes with a movie.
It was the highlight of every week.
(Which goes to show you how exciting life is on a Navy submarine.)

I miss Chicago.
Do you like mine?
That's right up there with "oh darn, the chocolate cake got stale."
