Mentorship is such a key factor of any science or technical career, and will remain as long as there are experts that are willing to reach out to newcomers and take them under their wing. With some hard work and effort, we can slow the brain drain.

This is awesome! I think most people do not understand what government workers do for us. A knowledgeable and capable civil service is what allows our government to operate smoothly, and also do long term research that no one else could do. Thank you you for this.
