I do think he was absent a lot of this year but he put his 2nd book out last year, so maybe he was supporting that

This correction doesn't change my point at all. He leads a 60k-student flagship state university in a state cracking down on speech.

Meaning, they're still carrying arguments and grievances from college, and now have power to act against the people and ideas they've long taken issue with.
There will literally be a different value placed degrees from UF based on their pre/post Sasse/DeSantis status.
