A bunch of small and mid-sized protests about a variety of different (albeit related) things requires the press to connect some dots. They probably won't do that.

But a big protest they can't help but notice and report on (see Women's March, BLM, etc).

Good to hear. The Presidents' Day (No Kings) rallies were small but numerous. To grow in size, maybe we need more clarity about potential consequences. Clearly nobody here on a visa or with a green card should protest.
