This makes zero sense. The stock almost completely rebounds AFTER they announce the the sale of more shares and despite nothing changing in the fundamentals of the business? Absolutely reeks
There's an old paper about how important "share overhang" is to understanding IPOs; when the firm hasn't actually sold many shares to the open market things can get very weird
