OK Dr Sepinwall my jaw just DROPPED -- people have been fighting for France to admit this for SO. LONG. However, to your point, I am also not holding my breath for France to actually pay back the horrific sum they abhorrently forced Haiti to pay. Still, I'm kind of reeling! Wow
