This is a good resignation letter BUT, it is excusing the Tsar yeah? Likely Trump KNOWS it is illegal but does not care. Just like Russians w/Putin, none of these folks like Scotten can bring themselves to name the source of the rot - at the top with Trump. They just suggest he is ill-advised.

I used "game" loosely, sure.
They do know. Everyone above a certain level knows. They don't want to be the one to SAY IT because then it's back to just denying it loudly and repeatedly enough until people listening start to wonder.

These are top tier lawyers - they ought to be able to write! There is apparently a reason the DOJ is trying to force these people to file for the dismissal - a clear case has been laid out that makes dismissal of this case clearly unethical. Whoever files for dismissal risks being debarred.
