Democrats have NO power in the House & their only "leverage" in the Senate is the 7 votes needed to invoke cloture if the GOP wants to pass bipartisan legislation.
It is not remotely an answer to the question of why the Republican ratfuckers refuse to protest Republicans.

We need a united voice in protest of what the Republicans are doing -- AGAINST THE REPUBLICANS. It's pretty hard to bring awareness of how much the GOP is fucking up our nation when half of those who should be protesting them are protesting against Democrats.

This is not correct. Republicans have control of the Executive Branch, both houses of Congress, and the Supreme Court (which has abandoned all pretense of nonpartisanship).
Nationally, our elected officials are Republicans.
