Absolutely. There’s no doubt a massive class action lawsuit brewing and, a la the alcohol industry, the gambling corporations with the best feigned concerned and PR “education campaigns” (centered on pathologizing end users of course) will payout the least damages.

That seems very tough.
The things that need to go as much as the advertising is the sign up bonuses. Makes it so easy to hook novice users, and should be easy to ban.
I don't see what they're doing that's against the law just wildly unethical.
Seems like an environment ripe for private Synanon style self-help groups, though.
