LVMH's troubled high-end booze portfolio was basically a non-factor in its profit mix last year. Hennessy was the only one of the conglomerate's ~25 primo bev-alc labels to contribute a meaningful chunk. Hard to imagine LVMH wouldn't be entertaining spinoff strategies at this point.
