As a heart transplant recipient, 26 years post transplant, this could not have been a more perfect welcome to BlueSky. I had given up on Social Media, but this is not that. Thank you.
Cool, didnt know the universe cared for small insignificant creatures made filled with to much emotions and unnecessary feelings to barely care about each other. Still the image is cool.
As long as they a hiding and not showing themselves i see humans as a worst kind of creature that also can show compassion. As of right now it feels like 50% of everyone on earth is bad and 50% is good.
You might be more right than me on this. Heres my pov. Russia bad, china bad, half of america bad, north korea bad israel bad, Half america good, europe without russia good, countries outside of china and north korea good, middle east without israel good. Australia good. Iceland good. Im simple.
I wasn't following them in the first place, but having seen this in my Discover feed, I've decided to make an exception to my normal habit of not blocking accounts- and I reckon I'm going to be doing the same to other fake-science fraudsters
Astronomers use false colour all the time, because our eyes are so small we only see a small part of the spectrum. False colour shows all the different gasses.
There's a big difference between that and made up images like this.

The real version looks like an actual human heart this AI version just puts it on its side and warps it to make look like the everyday heart we use on everything 😂❤️
What's the point of posting fake AI images on here?
Do they think they won't get caught? This place is full of nerds - one is bound to know what the real nebula looks like.
And unlike Reddit, I don't think upvotes benefit the person posting. But maybe I'm wrong. Just curious to the motivation.
Always the most fascinating thing is that we are seeing what the nebula looked like 7500 years ago. Someone living there, looking at us at the same time would be seeing us in the stone age.
It’s real! Nebulae are capable of some really fascinating shapes depending on what gases are ultimately involved. The Heart Nebula is one of the more famous ones.
I don’t mind altered
Astro-photography as long as it has a disclaimer clearly stating the image has been altered, otherwise it’s just fake crap. We should be promoting realism here.
Don’t waste my time with AI and try to claim it’s real. 🙄
Digital alterations of images of stars, northern lights, etc. means we become desensitised to the true beauty of what is before us, and mistrust what is presented as true.

15% negatives. Those 5% are the muses, I imagine.

I was going to say. Thank you for speaking up. This image is nonsense. There is a Heart Nebula, but this image certainly is not it.
