Whatever it was must have included some kind of inversion (255 - value), given that all of the white pixels are black in the first image.

rather than do a smooth ramp through the colors, I just generated all 228 reasonable palettes from the file. Presumably one of these is the original Rave Last Supper.

Addition of Unt-tiss music is left as an exercise for the reader
