And to @mcuban.bsky.social's point, for companies whose bottom lines rely on confidentiality/NDA provisions or trade secret laws, those protections could later be deemed waived/inapplicable for anything they upload or create using AI/Deepseek, depending on the t's & c's. Be careful out there.
