This looks like Graza olive oil. Olive oils can be diverse, with more fragile oils tasting good as a finisher but getting more scorched at heat. Conversely, olive oils more intended for cooking hold better at high heat but lack the delicate flavors.
Reminds me of early Antarctic expeditions as englishmen ate sticks of butter because nothing else would be calorically dense enough to keep their body warm 😭
yeah I feel like too many Americans use quotes as emphasis, and it's just everywhere. Can't exactly reason why it came about, when asterisks or the like are more useful.
