i saw a PS2 listing the other day where the only game they had with it was Kessen and also came with this ungodly controller. wondering what the story here was. how did this person come to own specifically these things
Computer zoom and enhance. 🔎
Apparently it's a Fantastic 4 controller which just raises more questions. 🤔
(Couldn't find a clear pic of the PS2 version)
I work at a local video game store on Saturdays for extra cash and EVERY time my coworkers tell me a big PS1 trade-in came in it's pretty much that too.
I think these are examples of what one could consider the “average consumer” at the time in which they’ll buy two sports titles a year that are basically new coats of paint and even fewer will only play the one new triple-A title they heard their coworkers mention if it has an actor they know in it.
Yes. 99% of the listings are filler games, but occasionally there is that one listing that has a great title. I got NCAA Football '14 on PS3 for $3.50 in a lot like this.
What drives me nuts is Goodwill’s and HalfPrice books selling any game they find for over price charting price to “stick it” to resellers. When game collectors just want deals.
