Transplanted Cle. fan living here since '94. This town was spoiled rotten with the winning and were smug about it. I think a dose of humility is fine. Especially after the '16 World Series.

Seeing the White Sox having such a garbage season felt wrong to me as a NYY fan actually. It just feels unbecoming of them, a team with a century and a quarter of history behind them. I know they've been struggling for years now but this year was just awful to watch. Unironically bad for the game
