(ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULAT). I can't fathom how anyone could get so angry that their impulse is to attempt to strangle someone. In TX, impeding a family member's breathing or circulation is a third-degree felony and punishable by two to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Do they? Maybe it seems so because they are public figures? Domestic violence isn't limited to professional sports players. We should remember that until the laws here in the USA are officially removed, a person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law by a jury of their peers.
